My healing gift begins with your Spirit and energy, first bringing about healing in these areas, then moving outward to the physical manifestations of illness and dis-ease.  Using a method I developed called “Shamanic Sound Alchemy™”, emotions, issues, or past experiences begin to bubble up that are ready to heal.  As you heal and are more balanced, you and your life become something better. 

My method integrates the emotions, body, mind, and Spirit to bring forth healing on many levels.  I create an environment of deep love, safety, comfort, compassion, and gentleness that allows and encourages healing at a deep level to begin. 

What is a session like?

I surround you in a circle of crystal singing bowls to take you deeper into yourself as they attune and align your energy to its optimum.  Crystal allies are used to facilitate your journey into opening your heart and soul for the change and healing to occur.  I guide you into the quantum realm where deep healing takes place outside of time, to heal the past, present and future.

How and why sound works for healing – the science.

From a scientific point of view, using sound for healing is based on the quantum physics discovery that everything, even the most seemingly dense object, is in constant vibration.  Even the cosmos are vibrating and creating sound.  As objects vibrate they emit sound – most of it beyond our human hearing capability.  The medical community has been using Ultrasound for healing for decades now.  Everything vibrates at it’s own natural resonance.  There is a phenomenon known as entrainment, whereby the resonance of one object is entrained, or comes into harmony, with the resonance of another.  This is the basic principle of sound and energy healing – resonant-frequency healing. 

The crystal singing bowls that I use are made from 99.9% pure silicon quartz.  Our bodies have a natural affinity to quartz which allows the tones to vibrate in our bodies.  On a molecular level, our cells contain silica, which balances our electro-magnetic energies.  The quartz crystal of the bowls integrates the balance of our own electro-magnetic energies as they are played.  The resonance of the crystal bowls effects the brain wave activity helping the person into an altered state of consciousness. 

Jonathan Goldman, a leading expert in sound healing, compares the body and its complex vibratory system to an orchestra.  When we are healthy and performing well, we are in a condition of balance and harmony, or sound health.  A portion of the body or the emotions, can begin to play out of tune or harmony, causing dis-ease.  By restoring the body’s own resonant frequencies, balance is restored and healing occurs.
